During the order process in the product configurator, more specifically the delivery information we ask whether a forklift is present on site.
As there are price differences between a forklift being on site or not, here is a brief explanation:
For a small system (less than 6 pallets and excluding TS 50 as cabinet type) there will only be a small surcharge amount.
For larger systems (more than 6 pallets and/or TS 50 as cabinet type) the surcharge varies according to the size of the delivery.
