The fact that a locker is located in front of one or more of our theme boxes can have various reasons.
1. the service is not yet unlocked for you
To unlock the service, click on the theme box and confirm on the following page that you want access to this service.
A request for activation will now be sent to our internal team of experts in the background. As soon as this check has been completed, you will receive an e-mail notification.
2. the service is not released for your geographical market
It is possible that this service is not yet available for your region. You will receive this information either via pop-up or in a follow-up e-mail. We ask for your patience and understanding.
3. we are still in a testing phase with the service.
As long as we are in a test phase, you will get the notification that we are currently in a test phase.
In fact, only a little patience will help here. The new service will be available to you soon
